DST Operations Supervisor

As part of our ongoing growth, we are actively recruiting a DST Operations Supervisor to support the offshore operations team. The successful candidate will supervise all aspects of Metrol’s world-wide DST operations controlled by Aberdeen base and provide support for all other bases. They will have matrix style management reporting lines where day to day work and priorities are set by Operations, while also reporting to the Product Centre to provide resource and expertise as required.

Field Service Supervisor

As part of our ongoing growth, we are actively recruiting a Field Service Supervisor to support the offshore operations team. The successful candidate will have an in-depth involvement in downhole system design, project planning and preparation to assist Operations Supervisors and Management whenever required. They will supervise and execute high profile or complex projects on location, mentoring and supervising junior field engineers, sharing lessons learned and identifying continuous areas of improvement. They will also assist engineering and technical staff in all aspects of preparation and operation of systems, or other requests as required.

Continuous Improvement Specialist

As part of our ongoing growth, we are actively recruiting a Continuous Improvement Specialist to support the management team. The successful candidate will identify, coordinate and implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving process efficiency, organisational performance, product quality and client satisfaction. The role will help implement principles where continuous improvement becomes embedded in our daily business to foster a high-performance culture aligned with the company's values and strategic objectives

Lifting and Certification Controller

We are actively recruiting a Lifting and Certification Controller to work within our Logistics department. The Lifting and Certification Controller will be required to coordinate Metrol's Lifting support services within all base facilities and oil field operations both on & offshore globally to comply with all current lifting regulations as required within the UK, (LOLER) & Norwegian (NORSOK) lifting regulations.

Mechanical Workshop QC Inspector

The Mechanical Workshop QC Inspector will conduct quality control inspections of mechanical workshop equipment & product line assemblies.

Product Delivery Co-Ordinator

We are actively recruiting an enthusiastic and driven Product Delivery Co-Ordinator to join our Product Delivery Team. The successful candidate will effectively support the business by analysing and coordinating the delivery of products from order handover through to load-out while maintaining accurate records and good communication.

The role involves working closely with team members across several departments and relies on building good working relationships with those teams. The successful candidate will interact with company business management databases and systems, should be experienced in their use, and have a good understanding of how to interpret and process data.

Field Engineers

As part of our ongoing growth, we are actively recruiting Field Engineers to support the world-wide Operations team. The successful candidates will be based at our Aberdeen HQ but will travel to any of Metrol’s world-wide operational sites.
